What we collect

AgentCRE collects only what we need to run your Daily Brief: your account email, the company names you import to your watch list, and your interaction with the brief (which signals you actioned, marked contacted, or skipped). We do not sell your client list. We do not share it across organizations.

How we use it

To run the Client Watch pipeline against your imported companies (SEC EDGAR, hiring boards, government filings).
To send you the morning Daily Brief email.
To improve signal ranking based on your feedback (helpful / not helpful).
For billing through Stripe.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data.
We do not show your client list to other AgentCRE customers.
We do not train external AI models on your account data.
We do not retain billing card data — that lives at Stripe.

Your rights

Email hello@agentcre.ai to export, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 7 business days. Account deletion removes all watched companies and signals within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (Claude API), Perplexity (search), Apollo.io (enrichment). Each is bound by their own DPA.
